“I am an old man and I have known a great many troubles, but most of them never happened.” – Mark Twain
Worry is what keeps people thinking about what could happen…what might happen…before it ever does happen. Worry is a waste of time and mental faculties and energy. Worry is a thief, and it steals more from a person than anything or anyone else.
Worrying causes you to be your own worst enemy. Worrying builds nothing and accomplishes nothing; while you are accomplishing nothing by worrying, other people are doing.
So don’t waste your time worrying.
